St. Patrick’s Comprehensive School Graduation Ceremony

img_1136The assembly hall of St Patrick’s Comprehensive School was full to capacity on Friday 25th May as the class of 2018 graduated. The gathering began with words of welcome from Mr Morgan Heaphy, School Principal, as he introduced the talented voices and music of the class. This was followed by video memories of the class of 2018. First year pupils Darragh Riordan and Leah Halpin shared with their Leaving Cert colleagues and wished them well for their exams and future. Ms. Siobhan Hickey, Year Head, and Mr David Deighan, Chairman of the Board of Management, both addressed the gathering. Some students from this year’s class spoke on behalf of the whole class before the keynote speaker Mr John Burke, Clare person of the year 2018, addressed the class and all present. John presented each student in the class with the class photo as a reminder of their days in St. Patrick’s Comprehensive school. The gathering concluded with more music and song a words of thanks.

We wish all students every blessing now as they prepare for exams on Wednesday 6th June.
