The Family Support Programme meets Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm in Room 13 at Clarecare, Harmony Row, Ennis. The meeting is informal to discuss what you can do, and particularly how you can support yourself.
Drop in for tea/coffee and chat with others in like circumstances. Teresa and Ellen are there to listen and welcome you. Take this first courageous step for YOU and find out you are not alone.
