Local amateur theatre group Muse Productions will be presenting their latest production, the Arthur Miller play “The Crucible” in the Hope Café, Smithstown, Shannon, from Thursday 24th to Saturday 26th October, 8pm nightly. The Health & Wellness Centre are hosting a free melanoma screening & information day on Friday November 8th. Pre booking for an appointment is essential on 061 368100. Also present on the day for information & advice from 10.30 hrs – 14.30 hrs are Marie Keating Foundation, Alzheimer’s society, Parkinson's Society & information leaflets from The Irish Heart Foundation.
