  • First Holy Communion 2019!

    The Sacrament of First Holy Communion will be celebrated for the following schools on May 18th: 11am for St. Aidan's School in SS John and Paul Church 12noon for St. Senan's School in Mary Immaculate Church Please note the 12noon Mass that day is the First Communion Ceremony.

    Shannon Town AFC continue their Jubilee celebrations with a soccer match you will not want to miss! Shannon Town Legends vs Republic Ireland Legends, featuring Ronnie Whelan & Ray Houghton at Lynch Park this Saturday 25th May. Gates open at 12 noon. Family fun day and entertainment for all!

  • Re-scheduled Parish Pilgrim Walk Sunday 26th May

    Join our re-scheduled Parish pilgrimage on Sunday 26th May: Starting at SS John & Paul Church at 13.45, the pilgrim walk will go from SS John & Paul Church via Tullyvarraga Hill to Tullyglass Hill, and on to Mary Immaculate Church. Walkers will then return to SS John & Paul Church by the river path. […]

    Mass will be celebrated in Lemenagh Cemetery on Tuesday evening 28th May at 7.30pm. Please spread the word to those you know who have a loved one buried in Lemenagh.

  • Confirmation 2019!

    The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated by Bishop Fintan at 3 ceremonies on Wednesday and Thursday in our parish.  Every blessing to our candidates and their families for their special day.

  • Bank Holiday Monday June 3rd.

    There will be one Mass in Shannon on Bank Holiday Monday which will be at 12 noon in Mary Immaculate Church. Adoration Chapel closed all day.

    Blood Donation Clinic: Blood Donation Clinic at the Oakwood Hotel on Tuesday 4th & Wednesday 5th June from 5pm to 8pm.  Blood saves lives! Please give blood and encourage family and friends to do the same! You might be the one to need it someday!
