This is an appeal to everyone who enjoys good health and energy to allow our senior and active retired citizens to shop with a sense of normality and dignity. Iceland has prioritised their time from 8-9am and Lidl from 9-11am daily.
Everyone has to get the necessary supplies but please allow our elderly the time and space to shop without being pressured. Let’s continue to give them the respect and dignity for those who gave so much to our parish and community down the years. Show some generosity and patience.
Well done everyone. It’s a challenging time but we are in this together. Nobody gets left behind.
